Acro Yoga

Acro yoga is a blending of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. You will spend the majority of class practicing with other students in small groups which helps cultivate trust, connection, and playfulness. No partner required! Classes are divided into 3 levels to optimally target a specific skill level.

Flexibility

Perfect for anyone looking to increase their flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscles required to use your flexibility safely. Taking time to stretch is an important part of progressing your acro yoga practice.

Handstands

Whether you have never successfully done a handstand or you have a solid handstand practice, this class is for you! You will learn techniques, progressions, and conditioning exercises to safely achieve a stable handstand all the way through one-armed handstands and beyond.

Rings

Nothing builds strong stable shoulders, upper body strength, and core strength like rings training. Every class is different so you can expect to constantly challenge yourself in new and fun ways. Rings training will help you build the strength needed to excel at acro yoga.
